Hello, & Welcome to Embry-Riddle Panhellenic!

We are so excited you are interested in joining a sorority this Fall! Panhellenic Primary Recruitment for our community will occur on September 12th -15th, 2025.

If you have no idea what the Primary Recruitment process is like at ERAU Daytona Beach, do not worry; we will have a Panhellenic Recruitment Orientation/Meet the Sororities to acclimate you! This event will educate you on the primary recruitment process and the Embry-Riddle Fraternity & Sorority Community. In addition, you will meet our Panhellenic Vice President of Recruitment & Retention, the Rho Gammas (recruitment guides), the Associate Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life (FSL), and the Coordinator of FSL to talk about what to expect during the primary recruitment process. Please read all the information below and ensure you screenshot what you need to know!

Panhellenic Primary Recruitment Orientation & Meet the Sororities:

Panhellenic Recruitment Orientation will be Thursday, September 11th, from 6:30 - 9:30 pm. The location is the Student Union Event Center, sections A, B, and C. This event is mandatory!

This event serves two purposes: the first hour will educate you on everything ERAU Panhellenic and the entire Primary Recruitment process! The second hour is to meet members from our sororities and play through a list of icebreakers before you start recruitment; this is not a formal event!

New Student Orientation:

We will present during the entirety of New Student Orientation. You can identify us by seeing leaders in Greek Lettered Jerseys, Embry-Riddle FSL name badges, Fraternity & Sorority Life t-shirts, or other items! We welcome anyone to come up and say hello! Below are all the dates for you to interact with us at New Student Orientation. Check your orientation schedule for more information!

Campus Resource Fair

August 19 | 1:00–4:00 PM | Student Union Commons

Life at Riddle

August 20 | 9:30 AM & 1:00 PM | SU Event Center D

Student Organization Showcase

August 21 | 9:00–11:00 AM | West Lawn

Post New Student Orientation:

You are invited to attend our Fraternity and Sorority Life signature event, Meet the Greeks, on September 11th from 11:30 to 1:30 p.m. in front of the Student Union. At this event, you can meet and chat with all our organizations. You will see a lot of tents and flags during this time; it'll be hard to miss us!

There will be tables in the Student Union (SU) and outside the front of the SU in the weeks leading up to recruitment. Feel free to stop by, meet us, and ask any questions! Look for the green tablecloth with "Panhellenic Council" to locate us.

Registration:

Recruitment Registration is available until September 12th, 2025, at 5 pm, at a rate of $25.00

You can submit payments either by paying with a card with the link provided in registration, cash, or check written to ERAU Panhellenic Council and dropped off with one of our Panhellenic Representatives (Rho Gammas) during a tabling event or dropped off at the Fraternity & Sorority Life (FSL) Office in Student Union Room 214 (inside the Student Leadership Suite, 2nd floor). Payment must be received before the start of recruitment.

Where does my money go? 

1. Recruitment T-Shirt
2. Snacks, soft drinks, and water provided for all three nights
3. Recruitment expenses (software & physical materials)

Here are a few reminders & tips when you are completing registration:

• Use your ERAU email address, which ends in my.erau.edu, to register for recruitment! NO PERSONAL ADDRESSES
• You will need your Eagle ID number
• All sororities have a GPA requirement to receive a bid. You will learn about these during PNM Orientation/Meet the Sororities, and you can also locate the information in the PNM Information Packet
• A photo of you will be required before the first night of recruitment. You must upload the photo before the start of recruitment or take it on the first night of recruitment at check-in so that we can quickly identify you. 
• Follow us on Instagram to stay updated on all things Fraternity & Sorority Life: @eraudbfsl & @eraupanhellenic
• Write down your login information and take it with you during recruitment week. You'll need this to input information during recruitment!

After Registering

You’ll receive two emails from Nicholas A. Damiano (Associate Director of FSL): damiann1@erau.edu, within 72 hours

Read both emails carefully; they contain essential recruitment info.
